This property is part of The Woodhall Estate and had been left empty for a number of years. The project was a full internal refit with some minor alterations to the layout. Internally all the walls were stripped back to expose the timber structure and this allowed the house to be fully insulated to current standards whilst in some rooms still keeping the original structural timbers exposed. Externally the house was fully redecorated with new hard and soft landscaping around the property.
