This was a dilapidated barn that was renovated and extended to form a large four bedroom house. The existing barn structure was fully repaired, the ground floor level lowered and the building underpinned. The internal construction is supported by a new steel structure kept separate from the existing timber frames. Externally we carried out extensive hard and soft landscaping, with new split level terraces, raised planters and ponds to the front and rear of the property.
