This property is a part of the Hatfield Estate. It required considerable structural remedial works and a complete refurbishment internally, opening it up and improving the energy efficiency of the building to bring it up to modern standards. The fixtures and fittings were chosen to reflect the style of the building, with solid oak ledged and braced doors and farm cottage ironmongery. The house was totally refitted and the fireplace repaired, together with a new stove, completed the cottage feel.
