This is a substantial listed property in Codicote and the project was to one wing to main the house. A complete renovation and minor alterations were carried out, including a full new mechanical and electrical package. All the existing floor coverings were removed and a new underfloor heating system installed with a new parquet floor the main hall, carpet to the rooms and tiling to the bathrooms. To keep the character of the house many of the existing features were painstakingly repaired or replaced, including the cornices and door case mouldings.
