Having completed a recent project with the architect and surveyor team, they asked us if we would like to tender for this project. Our successful submission was welcomed by the design team. Having experience of our professionalism and quality of work, which passed on to the client.
Extensive renovations were specified, inside and out. The improvements externally included new roof coverings and new Rational windows and doors. To the existing walls, a rendered wood fibre insulation was added. Along with roof and flooring improvements brought the property up to modern standards.
Internally the space was remodelled. With the additions of an ensuite and especially the summer room gives the property a brighter feel. Adding underfloor heating throughout the house with new stone and timber floor finishes adds to this feel. The finishes to the bathrooms and kitchen are of a high standard, which gives the property an understated but quality feel.
