The client for this property visited a project we had previously completed, Essendonbury Farm. He invited us to negotiate the works to convert a large outbuilding to the property. The design was based on one of the barns at Essendonbury; with clay peg tiles to the roof and clad with black weatherboarding to the walls. Access was limited to the site and careful planning of deliveries had to be arranged with neighbouring properties to minimise the disruption
