This was a large project renovating five listed barns into office space and a wedding venue. In the complex barn we carried out extensive repairs to the oak frame and structure using traditional methods of construction, such as scarf and morticed joints. The Barn was then thatched, again in the traditional manner. The remaining Barns were fully remodelled into new office space and accommodation. The open Barn was then turned into the Wedding venue. Externally there was a complete new drainage system installed with a full landscape and courtyard finished in “Golden Gravel”.
