This project was negotiated between the client and ourselves. It involved the demolition of dated commercial buildings and the construction of 8no. light industrial units to a similar footprint. With a high standard of finish the clients had confidence that the units would be quickly filled by new businesses. The main challenge of this project was ensuring the works did not affect the existing tenants on the site. This was achieved with careful planning and good communication during the works.
